These terms apply to anyone using our website, unless you’re:

• Employed by Bark Side of the Moon and acting in that capacity, or

You must be 18 or over to use this site. By browsing or booking, you confirm you meet this requirement.

All content on this site (unless uploaded by users) belongs to Bark Side of the Moon or our licensors. This includes the words, images, layouts, code, and design. Basically: paws off unless we say otherwise.

You're welcome to view, print, or download content for personal, non-commercial use — but no copying, selling, or republishing without permission.

 

3. Prohibited Use

You must not use this website:

If you’re filling in a form (like booking a meet and greet or registering for regular care), please make sure all your info is accurate and up to date. If anything changes—your address, your pup’s health, or even their favourite toy—just let us know!

We reserve the right to pause or cancel registrations if these terms are broken (we hope that never happens). And of course, you’re free to cancel your account at any time—just drop us an email.

If you’re joining The Bark Side full-time, or booking a meet and greet, you’ll be asked to complete your registration using our management software, Collar. All the details you share—about you and your dog—are stored safely and securely in their online system.

5. Passwords and Security

If you create a password, keep it private. If we suspect misuse, we may ask you to reset it or suspend your access to protect your data and our site.

 

6. Privacy and Cookies

Our use of your personal data and cookies is covered by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Spoiler: we use cookies to improve your experience, not to track your every move.

 

7. Website Availability

We do our best to keep the site running smoothly. But occasionally, things may go a bit… off lead.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may update or change parts of the site without notice, and we’re not liable for temporary downtime or glitches.
